I’ve spent over 20 years as a carpenter, battled binge eating, and lost more than 100 lbs along the way.

For over 20 years I worked long hours in the building trade. It was hard graft, long days, and convenience food was my norm. In my 20s I didn’t think about health, but in my 30s my weight climbed and energy dipped. My health slowly slipped further down the priority list as the weight piled on.
In my late 30s, I decided to take control. I began learning about health and fitness, determined to separate fact from fads. That journey took me back to university, where I earned a degree in Health, Nutrition & Exercise. Step by step, I built the skills and habits to turn my own health around.
Now I help others do the same. My mission is to guide busy, everyday people toward lasting health — without fad diets, living in the gym, or giving up the foods they love. My approach is simple: realistic habits that fit your lifestyle and deliver results you can keep for life. No gimmicks, No BS.
