100 Facts About Me

Intro

I’m Gary Clements — a 45-year-old university-qualified health, nutrition, and exercise coach from Northamptonshire, UK. After more than 20 years working as a carpenter in the building trade, I’ve transitioned into becoming an online health coach in the UK, helping people with sustainable fat loss, nutrition, and long-term lifestyle change. My own journey has included binge eating disorder, yo-yo dieting, and losing over 100 lbs — experiences that now fuel my work in providing honest binge eating support and realistic health coaching.
